3. Stir them up. Take a spoon of baking soda and a few drops of hydrogen peroxide. Mix them and stir them until you end up with a pasty substance. This paste is your very own tooth whitener.
4. Brush & rinse. Now it’s time to brush your teeth with the paste you have just made. Brush for a couple of minutes and then rinse your mouth thoroughly, because you don’t want the reaction to continue. Brush your teeth with a tooth paste that’s rich in fluoride. Your teeth’s protection will be restored faster this way.
If you do this for a couple of days in a row, you will definitely whiten your teeth significantly. The best thing of all is that it’s a completely natural process. If you do it responsibly, you will not damage your teeth. You get a lot of results for only very little money!
